Senior Business Analyst

Job Description

• Provide business domain expertise and strategic analysis across multiple business areas.
• Assess and document current-state and future-state business processes and perform gap analyses.
• Lead requirements gathering efforts across teams and business domains.
• Author user stories and features with medium to high complexity.
• Serve as a subject matter expert throughout the development lifecycle.
• Coordinate and facilitate business testing activities, including test planning, execution, and sign-off.
• Support delivery teams through business guidance, decision-making, and stakeholder collaboration.
• Mentor and provide guidance to other business analysts as needed.
• Utilize advanced project management skills to lead and advance business initiatives.
• Analyze data and business processes to support strategic decision-making and business outcomes.

Compensation & Benefits Compensation: $57.00/hr - $68.50/hr. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Employees in this role will enjoy a comprehensive benefits package starting on day one of employment, including options for medical, dental, and vision insurance. Eligibility to enroll in the 401(k) retirement plan begins after 90 days of employment. Additionally, employees in this role will have access to paid sick leave and other paid time off benefits as required under applicable law.

Skills and Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• 4-5 years of business analysis experience.
• Experience gathering requirements and translating business needs into actionable user stories.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Deep familiarity with Agile and Scrum environments.
• Strong analytical thinking, root cause analysis, and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience collaborating across cross-functional teams.
• Ability to solve complex business problems using multiple sources of information.
