Digital Delivery Lead

Digital Delivery Lead (ACE American Insurance Company (Chubb)) (Philadelphia, PA): Oversee software development operations and technical team members across the software development lifecycle; Work with product manager, business analyst, architects, delivery team and stakeholders to identify objectives and deliver projects in accordance with agile principles; Use the Chubb Studio platform to ensure smooth delivery of projects, including identifying development objectives, interacting with team members to identify issues, and implementing solutions; Define individual development tasks based on timelines, business needs and technical action items; Articulate technical requirements to stakeholders, communicating key points such as timelines, requirements and development issues; Manage project stakeholder expectations and ensure all parties are apprised of development/technical concerns; Evaluate changes, adjust project timelines and resource allocation, and ensure that development projects remain supported; Provide mentorship to team members, including technical guidance and issue resolution; and Lead cross-functional teams to develop novel solutions and trouble shoot issues ensuring robust integration and performance across technologies such as Azure, Kafka, Stripe and Coherent pricing. At least five (5) years of experience with each of the following skills is required to perform the above-mentioned tasks: Using Digital Delivery software and practices to drive transformation and to oversee end-to-end launch and support of cloud-based software systems; Setting up digital products for regulated industries in financial services that meet partner integration requirements in a cloud native platform; Leading API development, launch, and troubleshooting using advanced tools and software including Azure App insights, postman, and SQL; Managing cloud-based payment integration gateways and platforms including Stripe and Braintree; Implementing release governance control, version management, change approvals, and post deployment support to drive system stability; Using database technologies including SQL to write queries; Performing root cause analysis using logs; Coordinating across cross functional teams; Using Agile and Scrum methodologies to drive project delivery including DevOps (CI/CD pipelines), version control, and automated deployments in cloud; Running design and brainstorming sessions with senior business stakeholders and technology teams for new features, partner integration, and business analytics; Using Confluence and Jira to drive and track development of features and defects while managing Agile pods in a Sprint-based delivery framework; and Collaborating with DevOps, infrastructure, and support teams to define monitoring thresholds, automate alerts, and drive root-cause analysis for production incidents using Nagios and Dynatrac. Requires a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field and at least five (5) years of experience as a Digital Delivery Lead or a related occupation. This position may offer remote work flexibility, subject to company approval and in accordance with company policy. Domestic travel to office locations in NJ and NY is required less than 5% of the time. Salary: $135,000- $170,000/year.
