Full job description

About Savvy Wealth: Wealth management is a $545 billion industry that still runs on manual work. 75% of advisors offer no digital communication beyond email, and most still build financial plans by hand in Excel. Savvy is reinventing what it looks like to be a financial advisor. Founder Ritik Malhotra saw the fragmentation firsthand after seeking out his own advisor, and started Savvy to give independent advisors a modern, AI-native home.

Savvy is a registered investment advisor (RIA), and we partner with experienced financial advisors who want to grow without running the back office themselves. Advisors bring their book and join Savvy, running under their own brand (or ours), and Savvy earns a percentage of the assets they manage. In return, they get a true business-in-a-box: a proprietary tech platform and client portal, an in-house marketing team that helps them grow, a world-class investment management team, and a dedicated client services team that runs day-to-day operations and support. Advisors at Savvy service up to 50% more households and save 19 hours a week.

AI runs through everything we do. On the product side, Savvy Intelligence (released April 2026) is the only AI built for wealth managers that can see a client's complete financial picture. Internally, everyone at Savvy uses Claude and is encouraged to experiment with it, backed by a dedicated AI enablement team and a RevOps org building agents in-house.

The trajectory is steep and it's still early. We're a Series C company with 170+ people, $200M raised, and $100M ARR in sight this year. Inc. ranked us the No. 1 fastest-growing financial services company in America in 2026. Come build the next stage with us!

Recognition: We're a Certified Great Place to Work and have been honored for our culture and our growth:

  • Newsweek's America's Greatest Startup Workplaces (2026)

  • Fortune Best Workplaces in New York™ (2026)

  • Great Place to Work Certified™

The Role: We’re looking for a Sr Deployment Strategist to lead our largest, most complex advisor transitions and help build the onboarding processes that support our next stage of growth. • You appreciate direct communication. You’re both an active communicator and an eager listener. You’re motivated by feedback and see every setback as an opportunity to grow.

  • You can pivot on the fly. We are fast-growing, so our priorities are constantly evolving. What you worked on last month may not be the same next month.

  • You have a humble and “can do” attitude. Our teams create high-quality work on quick timelines.

  • You want to be part of a winning team. We’re stronger together, and you’re a person who embraces being pushed out of your comfort zone.

Responsibilities: Enterprise Deployment

  • Lead enterprise onboarding: Own the transition lifecycle for enterprise and high-AUM advisor groups, from signing through post-join asset transition, as the senior point of contact for advisor principals, and operations leads.

  • Coordinate across teams: Keep complex transitions on track with Compliance, Legal, IT, Client Service, and Product, and escalate blockers early to maximize impact in the first 90 days.

  • Enable Early Adoption: Deliver initial training and resources that empower advisors to quickly leverage Savvy’s software, tools, and financial products.

  • Deliver Speed to Revenue: Drive revenue results for the company by onboarding advisors quickly. Act as a day-to-day contact for advisors during the transition process.

  • Balance several onboarding and activation processes while maintaining clear communications with stakeholders and remaining adaptive in a rapidly evolving environment.

  • Monitor and report on transition progress and potential risk situations. Coordinate with the Client Servicing Team to ensure smooth client account transitions.

Raising the Bar

  • Raise the bar for the team: Build playbooks and templates the enterprise transition playbook and templates, track transition speed, and be the go-to resource for other Onboarding Managers on complex transitions.

  • Share lessons from enterprise transitions so the whole team gets faster.

  • Spot where our process breaks at scale and work with Product and Operations to fix it.

Must have:

  • 5+ years of experience in consulting, implementation, project management, onboarding, or a related client-facing role. We welcome consultants looking to move into an operating role and own outcomes from planning through execution.

  • A track record of leading complex projects with multiple stakeholders, competing priorities, and meaningful business impact. This could include client implementations, business transformations, or enterprise transitions.

  • Strong client relationship skills. You build trust, communicate clearly, and help people navigate unfamiliar processes and important decisions.

  • The ability to turn complex information into clear guidance, presentations, and training tailored to different audiences.

  • A collaborative, low-ego approach and strong ownership. You’re comfortable setting the plan, getting into the details, and following through.

  • Strong organization and prioritization skills. You can manage several workstreams, anticipate roadblocks, and keep people aligned on deadlines and next steps.

  • A drive to solve complex problems and turn what you learn into repeatable, scalable processes.

  • Comfort working in a fast-growing business where priorities evolve and you’ll help create the playbook.

  • The ability to learn new technologies, workflows, and industries quickly. Prior experience in technology, fintech, or wealth management is helpful, but not required.

Nice to have:

  • Prior work experience in the Wealth Management industry

  • Prior work experience at a high-growth start up

  • Familiarity with advisor transition frameworks and the compliance and registration steps that come with them.
