Full job description

We are now looking for a Technical Program Manager to join the AI for Gaming team to own and lead the integration of NVIDIA's technology into the most popular games and 3D engines. You will work with the NVIDIA software team, the Developer Technology Group, and leading game developers to bring groundbreaking AI technology to improve the performance, look and gameplay of the most meaningful games.

What you'll be doing:

  • Own scope planning for multiple AI Gaming and Creator features: define requirements, prioritize scope, and align on clear deliverables and success criteria with engineering, QA and partners.
  • Lead the planning, execution and monitoring of programs from kickoff through launch. Develop program plans and timelines, coordinate resources, manage risks and dependencies, and resolve issues to drive features to completion.
  • Be responsible for the tasks, bugs and schedule for each feature, and drive the end game to ship on time and with high quality.
  • Lead the technical and QA relationships with internal teams to optimize teamwork and improve feature quality.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, external game developers and business partners to gather requirements, address concerns and ensure alignment with program objectives.
  • Champion effective communication: maintain and share program status across internal and external teams, and manage stakeholder expectations throughout the program lifecycle.
  • Develop and improve the processes and tools needed to work effectively with teams inside and outside NVIDIA.

What we need to see:

  • BS or MS in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 8+ years of consistent track record in technical program management or a related role.
  • Experience leading large, complex projects and programs from planning through delivery.
  • Proven history of successful features, applications or products delivered to market.
  • Passion for playing and developing PC games.
  • Working understanding of Agile principles and methods.
  • Experience with project management and communication tools.

Ways to stand out from the crowd:

  • Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with multiple partners distributed across the globe.
  • Experience maintaining and communicating complex feature roadmaps.
  • Variety and vision in your program management methodology and toolset.
  • Deep understanding of PC games visual technologies and modern GPU architecture.
  • Experience with AI and deep learning and production experience on "Triple-A" PC and console games in a senior or leadership role.
