About the role

The Integrity & Compliance Analyst plays a critical role in advancing the Adecco Group's North America Integrity & Compliance program as it transforms from a traditional compliance function into a best-in-class strategic business enabler. This individual will support the program's mission to embed compliance into day-to-day operations, drive measurable business value through risk mitigation and operational efficiency, and foster a culture of integrity at every level of the organization.

What you’ll be doing

  • Risk Assessment & Monitoring: Support the enterprise risk assessment refresh and ongoing gap analysis; assist in transitioning the program from periodic assessments to continuous, real-time risk monitoring.

  • Data Analytics & Technology: Leverage compliance technology platforms, monitoring dashboards, data analytics tools and AI to enable proactive and predictive compliance, moving the function from reactive issue response to early risk detection.

  • Reporting & Metrics: Prepare quarterly compliance reports and metrics for the Board/Audit Committee, North America Compliance Committee, and senior leadership; develop and maintain performance dashboards that link compliance outcomes to measurable business results.

  • DOJ Framework Alignment: Assist in ensuring the compliance program meets and exceeds the three pillars of the DOJ Evaluation of Corporate Compliance Programs (2024), including program design, resourcing, and practical effectiveness.

  • Embedded Compliance Support: Partner cross-functionally with Legal, Finance, IT, IA, Procurement, Internal Controls and Business Unit Compliance Champions to integrate compliance into business unit decision-making processes and operational workflows.

  • Training & Awareness: Support the development and delivery of enhanced, role-specific, scenario-based training programs and continuous engagement initiatives across the North America region.

  • Investigations & Case Management: Assist with compliance investigations, including case management processes and escalation protocols for material compliance issues.

Continuous Improvement: Contribute to external benchmarking, third-party assessments, and feedback loops to drive ongoing program refinement and innovation

About you

  • Experience: 3-5 years of professional experience in corporate compliance, ethics, risk management, internal audit, or a related discipline, preferably in a multinational or staffing/workforce solutions environment.

  • Education: Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree (J.D., MBA) or compliance certification (CCEP, CFE) preferred.

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with GRC platforms, compliance case management systems, and data analytics/visualization tools; comfort evaluating and deploying new compliance technology solutions.

  • Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with the DOJ Evaluation of Corporate Compliance Programs framework and applicable federal, state, and local regulatory requirements.

  • Analytical Ability: Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills; demonstrated ability to translate compliance data into actionable insights and business-relevant metrics.

  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to prepare board-level reports, executive presentations, and cross-functional stakeholder communications.

  • Collaboration: Proven ability to work cross-functionally and build relationships with business leaders, acting as a trusted compliance advisor rather than an enforcement
