Perform analysis to ensure accuracy and completeness of critical path, risk integration, IMS structure, and evaluate trends and schedule related metrics. Reviews and implements IMS coding, outlining structures and adherence to directives and department scheduling best practices. Depending upon the size and complexity of the effort, this role will be either assisting the lead planner on a larger/more complex effort or responsible for a smaller effort.

What You Will Do:

  • Oversee resource-loaded schedules and ensure integration across cost, schedule, and technical baselines, including execution of advanced network logic and workflow structures.

  • Develop, communicate, and maintain Program Master Phasing Schedules and planning artifacts supporting both near-term execution and long‑range strategic planning.

  • Perform and lead advanced schedule analysis, including critical path/driving path evaluation, schedule risk integration, health assessments, variance analysis, and schedule performance trend interpretation.

  • Provide senior‑level support to Estimate at Complete (EAC) and Latest Revised Estimate (LRE) processes, ensuring schedule accuracy and alignment to program financial performance.

  • Lead preparation and delivery of schedule review packages for internal leadership and external customer engagements, including formal CDRL submissions.

  • Advise Program Managers, Chief Engineers, Planning Leads, and customers on schedule status, impacts, risks, and “what‑if” acceleration scenarios.

  • Ensure full compliance with Raytheon scheduling policies, DFARS/EVMS requirements, and program‑specific directives, serving as a subject‑matter expert for audit readiness and baseline integrity.

  • Collaborate with engineering, operations, supply chain, contracts, and finance to establish and maintain a credible, executable Program Measurement Baseline (PMB).

  • Provide mentorship, peer review, and technical oversight for junior planners; help shape and improve planning processes, tools, and organizational capability.

Qualifications You Must Have:

  • Typically requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field and a minimum of 8 years of Program Planning, Scheduling, or Program Management experience; or an Advanced Degree with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.

  • Experience with MS Project, Primavera, Open Plan, Project Server, or similar industry scheduling systems.

  • Experience leading development and management of complex Integrated Master Schedules and performing advanced schedule analytics (critical path, logic integration, and/or workflow analysis).

  • Experience with Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS) or equivalent performance management processes.

Qualifications We Prefer:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a STEM discipline.

  • Experience conducting and interpreting Schedule Risk Analysis (SRA), including risk driver identification and integration with risk registers.
