Job Description As the Director, Global Lighthouse Industry Solutions, you are responsible for defining, developing, and scaling Rockwell Automation's global Lighthouse Industry Solutions strategy, operating model, and solution portfolio. This role serves as the global leader for Lighthouse Industry Solutions, ensuring industry-specific solutions are standardized, scalable, and aligned with customer needs, Business Unit roadmaps, and strategic growth priorities. You will lead a team of industry experts responsible for solution development, market incubation, strategic pursuit support, and global enablement. You will partner across Sales, Business Units, Services, OEMs, EPCs, System Integrators, and strategic partners to accelerate growth in priority industries and emerging markets.
