Overview

GovCIO is currently hiring for NITC Assistant Program Manager to manage complex, interrelated funding and training-support activities. This position will be located in Pensacola, FL, and will be an on-site position.

Responsibilities

The position maintains visibility of current and upcoming training, coordinates restricted-country student requests, and provides the financial, administrative, and logistical support needed to execute the task order.

Responsibilities

  • Provide and maintain oversight of multiple, complex, and interrelated funding activities supporting NITC operations.

  • Develop and maintain trackers showing the status of ongoing and upcoming training requirements.

  • Monitor funding actions, reconcile status information, and communicate potential issues to program leadership and authorized Government stakeholders.

  • Coordinate requests associated with students from restricted countries in accordance with applicable requirements and established procedures.

  • Support program planning, reporting, scheduling, and documentation activities.

  • Provide administrative and logistical support required for task order performance.

  • Support the Program Manager and maintain continuity of program operations as assigned.

Qualifications

Bachelor's with 8-12 years (or commensurate experience)

Required Skills and Experience

  • Clearance Required: None

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a closely related field.

  • At least eight years of combined experience managing contracts and identifying and validating training requirements.

  • Experience managing complex funding, financial-tracking, or contract-support activities.

  • Ability to develop and maintain accurate trackers, reports, and status documentation across interrelated activities.

  • Strong organizational, analytical, and written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Skills and Experience

  • Experience supporting Department of War training, education, or security-cooperation programs.

  • Experience coordinating requirements involving international military students or restricted-country processes.

  • Experience supporting cost, funding, and schedule integration on a Government contract.
