Full job description
Were building a water filtration company in the Sarasota / Bradenton area and were looking for a solid technician to grow with us. Were looking for someone who knows how to work with plumbing and can install residential water filtration systems, RO systems, tanks, filters, and related equipment. We provide the jobs, materials, and equipment. You bring your own installation tools and the experience to do the job right. Theres no sales involved. For us, a good installer is more than someone who can connect the equipment. We want someone who works clean, pays attention to details, tests everything before leaving, and is comfortable talking with the homeowner and can naturally ask for a review when the customer is happy with the work. You should be able to explain what was done, answer basic customer questions, and leave the customer feeling confident about the work. Were paying 35-40/hr because were looking for premium-quality work , strong customer service, and someone we can trust to represent the company well in customers homes. What were looking for - Experience with plumbing, water filtration, or RO installations - Your own installation tools and your own vehicle - Valid drivers license and reliable transportation - Strong communication with customers - Able to work independently and solve problems on-site - Clean, professional installations What happens after you apply - If your application looks like a good fit, well start with a short 15-minute phone call or FaceTime. - After that, we may ask you to send a few photos or videos of work youve personally completed. - The final step is an in-person meeting with the company owner to make sure its a good fit on both sides/.
