Anna Parson at Robert Half is working with a growing organization seeking dedicated, eager Accountant to support day-to-day accounting operations, financial reporting, and project-related financial activities. This Accountant role is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional looking to contribute in a hands-on role working closely with ownership.

As the Accountant, you will:

• Manage core accounting functions, including AP, AR, billing, collections, and financial record maintenance

• Support project and operational financial reporting, including profitability analysis and performance tracking

• Assist with month-end and year-end close activities, reporting, and audit support

• Maintain vendor, compliance, and insurance documentation while ensuring accurate recordkeeping and internal controls

• Serve as a liaison for billing inquiries and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders as needed

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

• 2+ years of accounting experience

• Strong Excel and accounting software skills

• Excellent organizational and communication abilities
