CANVASSER -- EXTERIOR HOME IMPROVEMENT SERVICES Coast to Coast Exteriors | St. Louis, Missouri Metro Area Coast to Coast Exteriors is looking for a friendly, dependable canvasser to introduce homeowners in the St. Louis metropolitan area to our exterior home improvement services. You'll help start conversations, share basic information about our services, and identify homeowners who may be interested in learning more. Compensation: Competitive hourly pay plus bonuses for every lead that is converted to a demo or sale. Base Pay + Commissions: $18/hr + $10 for each demo that takes place and $60 for each demo that turns into a sale. Schedule: Monday -- Friday, 10-4 WHAT YOU'LL DO • Visit assigned neighborhoods and speak with homeowners respectfully • Introduce Coast to Coast Exteriors and our exterior home improvement services • Ask a few qualifying questions and help interested homeowners take the next step • Record canvassing activity and interested leads accurately • Represent the company professionally in the community WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR • Comfortable starting conversations and communicating clearly • Reliable, self-motivated, and comfortable working outdoors • Professional and courteous with homeowners • Previous canvassing, door-to-door, customer service, or sales experience is helpful, but not required • Must be able to travel to assigned neighborhoods in the St. Louis metro area Must have a valid driver's license and be able to pass a background check.
