The ideal candidate is proactive, professional, and comfortable handling confidential information in a busy environment.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Support new hire onboarding, including paperwork, system entry, and orientation coordination.

  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and HR documentation.

  • Assist with interview scheduling and communication with candidates and hiring managers.

  • Prepare HR-related documents, correspondence, and employee communications.

  • Help coordinate background checks, employment verifications, and pre-employment requirements.

  • Update employee information within HR systems and maintain accurate personnel files.

  • Respond to general employee questions and direct more complex matters to the appropriate HR team member.

  • Assist with benefits, payroll, and employee status changes as needed.

  • Support HR reporting, audits, and compliance-related projects.

  • Help coordinate employee events, meetings, trainings, and other HR initiatives.

  • Provide administrative and project support to HR leadership and the broader HR team.

Requirements

We are looking for someone who is highly organized, dependable, and comfortable working with employees at all levels of an organization.

  • Previous Human Resources, recruiting, administrative, or employee support experience preferred.

  • Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive employee information with discretion.

  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.

  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.

  • Experience with HRIS, ATS, payroll, or other HR systems is a plus.

  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with the HR team.

  • Strong follow-through and ability to take ownership of assigned responsibilities.

  • Professional, approachable, and comfortable interacting with employees and leadership.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred, or equivalent relevant experience.
