Job Description
- Gather, document, and validate warehouse operations and supply chain business requirements
- Support and lead EWM startup and go-live activities including cutover planning and hypercare
- Validate data migration and execute integration and user acceptance testing
- Create training materials, job aids, and documentation for warehouse users and supervisors
- Conduct end-user and super-user training sessions
- Coordinate with SAP ERP, Transportation Management, and MHE integration teams
- Troubleshoot production issues and identify configuration, data, or training-related gaps
- Maintain documentation on system configurations, process flows, and training content
- Provide project status updates, risk assessments, and recommendations to leadership
- Collaborate closely with warehouse operations, supply chain teams, and IT stakeholders
Skills and Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on SAP EWM implementation, support, and training experience
- NEED experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing industry
- Experience with at least one full-cycle SAP EWM implementation or major go-live/startup
- Strong knowledge of EWM processes:
- Inbound & outbound processing
- Warehouse task & order management
- Physical inventory
- Labor management
- RF framework
- Experience gathering business requirements and creating functional specifications
- Proven ability to develop and deliver end-user training programs in warehouse/distribution environments Working knowledge of SAP EWM integrations with SAP MM and SD
