Provide direct care and support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in a residential setting. . Assist with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, hygiene, meal preparation, and daily living activities. . Support individuals in achieving personal goals, building independence, and participating in meaningful community activities. . Provide companionship, encouragement, emotional support, and person-centered care that promotes dignity and respect. . Valid Driver's License . High School Diploma or GED required . Strong communication and interpersonal skills . Ability to provide hands-on support and physical assistance when needed . Ability to work independently and as part of a team ### Preferred: . Experience in healthcare, human services, psychology, education, nursing, social work, caregiving, or related fields ## Schedule . Full-Time . Flexible schedule based on program needs . Evening, weekend, and holiday hours may be required . Additional shifts may be available based on program needs ## Physical Requirements . Ability to lift up to 50 pounds . Ability to stand, walk, bend, and assist individuals as needed . Abili y to provide physical assistance and hands-on support when necessary .
