Responsibilities:Demonstrate competency, accuracy and understanding of ventilator management.Completely and correctly chart all pertinent information and settings.Understand and demonstrate proper manipulation of settings for the ventilator and oxygen.Troubleshoot ventilator and related problems.Respond quickly and appropriately to all ventilator alarms.Evaluate therapeutic respiratory plans and appropriateness of therapy.
