About the Role We’re accelerating the pace of mineral discovery. Our AI drill targeting software has gone 8 for 8 hitting mineralized targets, a significant improvement over industry standards. Now the biggest mining companies in the world want it. In this role, you’ll find them, earn their trust, and help design the projects that put our technology to work on their ground. You’ll be the geologist our customers talk to: working with chief geologists and exploration teams to understand what they’re trying to find, and turning that into projects that deliver results and grow our business. You’ll bring what you learn back to our scientists and engineers and shape what we build next. The role is new and will evolve as we grow, so you’ll help define it. • Grow our business: identify, pursue, and win new opportunities with mining companies, from juniors to majors
• Manage the sales pipeline and drive revenue growth
• Run technical discovery and translate customers’ geology into project scope, timelines, and pricing with our science and engineering teams
• Own the customer relationship from first conversation through onboarding and delivery, and keep customers engaged
• Present our technology and results to technical and executive audiences
• Represent ExploreTech at conferences and in the field
• Bring customer feedback to the product and research teams
• Write proposals, statements of work, technical briefs, and marketing materials

About You

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in geology, geophysics, mining engineering, or a related field
• 5+ years in mineral exploration, mining, or exploration technology, including direct experience working with or inside mining companies
• A track record of winning new business or technical projects with mining or exploration customers
• Credible with technical buyers: you can discuss ore deposit models, drill targeting, and data quality at a peer level
• Clear, concise communicator who can explain AI and geophysics to a skeptical geologist and a CFO in the same week
• Comfortable with data and tools like GIS and 3D modeling software
• Able to travel to remote parts of the US and world

Salary Starting at $160,000
