  • Complete assigned risk-based testing in accordance with the annual testing plan and clearly document conclusions about control effectiveness.

  • Verify that testing findings are appropriately addressed and that corrective action plans are completed in accordance with corporate policies and applicable regulatory requirements.

  • Communicate testing results to business and Compliance management, both verbally and in writing, and support timely completion and validation of corrective actions.

  • Maintain current knowledge of self-regulatory organization rules, including FINRA, SEC, and NFA requirements, as well as applicable federal and state regulations.

  • Relevant professional licenses or compliance certifications, such as FINRA Series 7 or 66, Investment Adviser Representative, CRCP, or CAMS.

  • Ability to independently identify opportunities to strengthen Compliance programs.

  • Sound judgment and the ability to promote a strong risk management culture across business practices.

  • Effective interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate clearly, verbally and in writing, with employees at all levels of the organization.

  • Strong time management, organizational, and prioritization skills, with the ability to complete multiple assignments accurately under tight deadlines.

  • Proactive, self-directed approach to work.

  • Ability to set and manage priorities effectively.

  • Collaborative mindset and ability to build strong partnerships.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
