SAP S/4 HANA Finance Migration & Implementation Consultant Location: Remote Job Type: Contract Work Model: Fully Remote Pay Rate: $65/hr Start Date: 05/29/2026 Client: Direct Client## Job OverviewWe are seeking an experienced SAP S/4 HANA Finance Consultant to support a large-scale migration and implementation project for a direct client. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in SAP Finance, Treasury/Cash Management, ECC FI modules, and SAP S/4 HANA implementations within Public Sector environments.This role requires strong expertise in governmental accounting, budgeting, appropriations, grants management, and SAP Finance business processes.## Responsibilities * Support SAP S/4 HANA migration and implementation activities * Configure and support SAP Finance and Treasury/Cash Management modules * Analyze and troubleshoot SAP ECC FI and S/4 HANA issues * Apply SAP OSS Notes, support packs, and system upgrades * Support budgeting, appropriations, grants, and governmental accounting processes * Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams * Participate in workshops, system testing, documentation, and deployment activities * Provide guidance on SAP Finance best practices and public sector operations * Work closely with leadership teams during project execution## Required Qualifications * 7+ years of SAP Finance or Treasury/Cash Management experience * 3+ years of SAP S/4 HANA experience * 7+ years of ECC FI module experience * 10+ years of SAP upgrades, OSS notes, support packs, and troubleshooting experience * 10+ years of SAP Public Sector experience * 7+ years of experience in budgeting, appropriations, grants, and governmental accounting * Strong understanding of SAP Finance business processes and public sector operations## Preferred Qualifications * Experience with full lifecycle SAP implementations * Proficiency with MS Office tools including Word, Excel, Visio, and Project * Experience leading workshops and collaborating with executive leadership teams * Strong leadership and communication skillsApply today to join a high-impact SAP transformation initiative supporting enterprise-level public sector operations.
