Project Planning Engineer

About the role: As a Senior Engineer you will support the APx Fleet Engineering Schedule group, working across several technical areas. You will report to the APx Fleet Manager and work a mobile/hybrid role located in Cranberry, PA, Rock Hill, SC, or Columbia, SC. Key Responsibilities: 1. Support Functional Area Lead(s) and Project Managers on projects and project developmental activities in the following areas. 2. Coordinate the development of standard plant delivery project schedule 3. Coordinate the development of and maintain the schedule execution standards 4. Support project specific schedule integration with standard plant delivery 5. Support maintenance of the standard design engineering CAPEX estimates and basis of estimates document (together with APx fleet design) Qualifications: 1. Bachelor's degree in engineering 2. 4+ years of relevant work experience or previous experience on AP1000 design 3. 4+ years professional experience in project management or technical management. 4. Track record delivering quality on time and within predictable cost controls. 5. Ability to escalate issues. 6. Organizational experience with planning, budgeting, operations and goals. 7. Knowledge of team building, planning techniques, principles and practices. 8. Experience developing scope, schedule and budget plans.
