Within our program, you will gain valuable insight into the commercial real estate industry, elevate your communications and marketing skillsets, while being exposed to multiple lines of business over the course of your internship.As a Summer Intern in Communications at JLL, you will:* Develop captivating communication and marketing materials: Create compelling templates and copy for various communication initiatives* Craft engaging written communications: Design visually appealing PowerPoint presentations that effectively convey key messages* Provide meeting facilitation support: Ensure smooth operations and effective coordination of team meetings* Conduct thorough research: Gather and analyze information to support strategic communications initiatives* Maintain and update SharePoint platform: Ensure easy access to information and resources for the team* Support Diversity, Equity & Inclusion efforts: Contribute to team recognition initiatives and foster an inclusive workplace culture* Collaborate on video creation projects: Contribute to special initiatives and multimedia content development* Enhance communication skills: Gain practical experience in a fast-paced professional environmentProgram Details* Dates: Summer 2027* Location: New York, NY | On-Site Education, Skills, and Experience * Actively pursuing a bachelor's degree, with 2-3 years completed majoring in Communications, Marketing, English, Real Estate, Business Administration, or related fields * Strong verbal and written communication skills * Strong analytical skills * Graphic design experience * Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple projects * Ability to think critically and problem solve * Microsoft Office proficient * Please provide a link to your portfolio, showcasing 3-5 communications projects you've developedWe do not offer relocation assistance or housing for our internship program.Permanent US work authorization required.About our Internship ProgramTake the opportunity to start your career early in the commercial real estate field!
