What You'll Do as a Licensed Plumbing Field Supervisor

• Perform advanced plumbing service and install work, while providing mentorship and technical support in the field
• Assist the plumbing manager in the development and training of the plumbing department
• Serve as the backup plumbing license holder
• Lead the plumbing department in the absence of the plumbing manager
• Maintain accurate service documentation

What We're Looking For Minimum Qualifications

• 5+ years of plumbing experience
• North Carolina P1 License (preferred)
• North Carolina P2 License (minimum)
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to lead, train, and mentor others
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record

This position requires driving a company vehicle and meeting company motor vehicle and insurance eligibility requirements. You must have a valid U.S. driver’s license for at least three (3) continuous years immediately preceding today’s date.
