Standard Job Description

Take advantage of this opportunity to support a large standalone program at Lockheed Martin’s legendary Skunk Works division. We are seeking a Financial Management Sr (E3) – Cost Integrator to join the Program Finance team. This senior-level role will own the Earned Value Management (EVM) responsibilities for a defined, moderately‑complex portion of the program.

The incumbent will:

  • Maintain the performance‑measurement baseline for an assigned scope, execute routine forecast updates, and process budget change requests. This will also involve supporting occasional rebaselines and bi-annual Comprehensive Estimate at Completion (CEAC) exercises.

  • Perform variance analysis on cost and schedule data, identify root causes, and propose corrective actions in partnership with the assigned Control Account Manager (CAM) and IPT Lead.

  • Proactively surface risks and opportunities within the work scope and help develop mitigation plans.

  • Collaborate daily with CAMs, IPT Leads, engineering, and manufacturing to ensure EVM best practices are followed.

  • Provide basic guidance to junior cost integrators and help onboard new team members.

The role is designed for a self‑starter who can work independently with moderate supervision, delivering reliable cost and schedule performance information that supports decision‑making across the program. Placement is available at either Palmdale, CA or Fort Worth, TX.
