The Monetization Partnerships team helps build, improve, and drive products to market to grow incremental revenue and reduce costs for Meta. The team works with partners across a diverse global ecosystem, and the Partner Solutions Management team is responsible for translating insights into scalable solutions that accelerate partner growth.Meta is seeking a Partner Solutions Manager to lead scaled engagement with Meta's tech provider ecosystem, aka ISVs, as part of the Meta Business Agent priority. They are one of the fastest-growing segments in Meta's partner ecosystem and carry increasing strategic value for Meta Business Agent. This individual should be comfortable operating with significant autonomy, adept at scoping and structuring ambiguous problems, and possess a technical acumen sufficient to evaluate and coordinate tooling deployment. Close collaboration with the relevant product teams and regular exposure to senior leadership is also central to the role.

  5. Influence data engineering and data science teams to define and build a consistent global attribution methodology for partner-driven revenue. Measure the success of partner contribution across regions to drive ecosystem investment decisions

  6. Ensure that tech provider engagement initiatives are coordinated so that partners receive a coherent, well-sequenced experience of Meta rather than fragmented outreach

  7. Segment tech providers by their product and delivery capabilities, and sequence outreach to build a two-way engagement channel where partners bring product feedback, and scaling needs, and in return drive value to Meta

  8. Consolidate the engagement approaches that have demonstrated results in individual markets into a consistent global model while adapting for regional differences

  9. Lead the development and launch of a certification and enablement architecture for the tech provider ecosystem

  10. Partner with Incentives on defining proficiency criteria, curriculum scope and badging thresholds, sequencing partners through certification cohorts

  11. Partner with Partner Marketing on launch communications, partner-facing collateral and adoption campaigns

  12. Assess and shape the tooling and infrastructure to support this scaled partner engagement, developing clear recommendations and securing the cross-functional investment to deliver them

  13. Build and own the partner intelligence layer for the tech provider ecosystem, tracking information such as capability, performance, engagement history, partner feedback, and proof

  14. Leverage learnings from engagement outcomes to equip the org's partner managers with insights and standardized best practices for their own managed partners

  15. Own the global point of view on where the tech provider ecosystem is headed. Systematically gather market intelligence across regions (i.e., from regional partner leads, partner conversations, event presence, and competitive movements) and bring leadership a clear read on the implications for Meta's ecosystem strategy
