Full job description

Crusoe is on a mission to accelerate the abundance of energy and intelligence. As the only vertically integrated AI infrastructure company built from the ground up, we own and operate each layer of the stack — from electrons to tokens — to power the world's most ambitious AI workloads. When you join Crusoe, you join a team that is building the future, faster.

We're in the midst of the greatest industrial revolution of our time. The demand for AI compute is boundless, and power is a bottleneck. We're solving that — with an energy-first approach that makes AI infrastructure better for the world and faster for the people innovating with AI.

We're looking for problem-solving, opportunity-finding teammates with a sense of urgency, who believe in the scale of our ambition and thrive on a path not fully paved — people who want to grow their careers alongside a team of experts across energy, manufacturing, data center construction, and cloud services.

If you want to do the most meaningful work of your career, help our customers and partners advance their AI strategies, and be part of a high-performing team that believes in each other, come build with us at Crusoe.

About the Role: As Senior Manager, Corporate Recruiting, you will lead and scale Crusoe's corporate recruiting function during a pivotal period of growth. Reporting to the Director of Talent Acquisition, you'll oversee recruiting across all non-technical organizations. This is a hands-on leadership role for a highly analytical, resourceful, and execution-oriented recruiting leader who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment. You'll be responsible for building and developing a high-performing team of recruiters and sourcers while establishing the structure, processes, and operational discipline needed to deliver predictable hiring outcomes at scale. You'll partner closely with senior business leaders on workforce planning, hiring forecasts, recruiting capacity modeling, and talent strategy, using data to anticipate hiring needs, identify risks, optimize resources, and drive informed business decisions. Success in this role requires someone who can operate with a high degree of autonomy, navigate ambiguity, prioritize competing business needs, and move seamlessly between strategic planning and hands-on problem-solving. You'll bring a strong sense of ownership, sound judgment, and the ability to turn complex recruiting challenges into actionable solutions. As a key partner to Recruiting Operations, Talent Intelligence, and business leadership, you'll help build a recruiting organization recognized for its operational excellence, data-driven decision-making, hiring velocity, and exceptional candidate experience.

What You'll Be Working On:

  • Recruiting Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute corporate recruiting strategies across multiple functions, aligning hiring priorities, resources, and execution plans with business growth objectives.

  • Team Leadership & Development: Build, coach, and develop a high-performing team of recruiters and sourcers, fostering a culture of accountability, ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

  • Workforce Planning & Capacity Modeling: Partner with business leaders and Finance to develop hiring forecasts, assess recruiter capacity, model hiring demand, and proactively identify resource gaps to ensure the team can deliver against hiring commitments.

  • Data-Driven Recruiting Performance: Own recruiting KPIs, including hiring attainment, time-to-fill, pipeline conversion, recruiter productivity, and forecast accuracy. Translate recruiting data into actionable insights, recommendations, and measurable improvements.

  • Strategic Business Partnership: Serve as a trusted talent advisor to Director- and VP-level stakeholders, influencing hiring strategies, organizational planning, prioritization, and talent decisions through data and market intelligence.

  • Operational Excellence & Scalability: Identify process inefficiencies, remove bottlenecks, and implement scalable recruiting practices that improve hiring velocity, predictability, quality, and overall team effectiveness.

  • Independent Leadership & Problem-Solving: Operate effectively with minimal oversight in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Navigate ambiguity, make sound decisions, manage competing priorities, and proactively resolve challenges before they impact hiring outcomes.

  • Technology, AI & Automation: Partner with Recruiting Operations to identify and implement AI-enabled tools, automation, and workflow improvements that increase recruiter productivity and operational efficiency while maintaining quality and compliance.

  • Talent Intelligence & Market Insights: Leverage external market data, competitive intelligence, and talent availability to inform recruiting strategies, workforce planning, and business decisions.

What You'll Bring to the Team:

  • Relevant Industry Experience: Experience leading corporate recruiting within hyperscalers, neocloud providers, cloud computing, AI/ML, AI infrastructure, data center, energy, hardware, or advanced manufacturing organizations. Strong understanding of the talent landscape, competitive hiring dynamics, and organizational complexity associated with scaling infrastructure-intensive businesses.

  • High-Growth & Scaling Experience: Proven success building and scaling corporate recruiting teams in fast-paced, high-growth environments, ideally within organizations experiencing rapid headcount expansion, evolving business priorities, and increasing operational complexity.

Benefits:

  • Competitive compensation and equity packages

  • Restricted Stock Units

  • Paid time off, paid holidays & leave of absence programs

  • Comprehensive health, dental & vision insurance

  • Employer contributions to HSA account

  • Paid parental leave

  • Paid life insurance, short-term and long-term disability

  • Professional development & tuition reimbursement

  • Mental health & wellness support

  • Commuter benefits (parking & transit)

  • Cell phone stipend

  • 401(k) Retirement plan with company match up to 4% of salary

  • Volunteer time off

  • Global travel insurance & emergency assistance

  • Daily meals allowance

  • Additional perks & programs specific to location

Compensation Range Compensation will be paid in the range of up to $155,000 - $185,000 + Bonus. Restricted Stock Units are included in all offers. Compensation to be determined by the applicant's knowledge, education, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
