Frontline Gift Officer SupportProvide administrative support for fundraising, cultivation, and stewardship activitiesCoordinate meetings, prepare materials, and manage follow-up communicationsDraft and track proposals, contact reports, and donor engagement documentationArrange travel logistics and process expense reimbursements for development officersCommunications, Events and Donor EngagementDraft and proofread donor-facing materials including impact reports, presentations, and invitationsAssist with planning and executing donor meetings, campus visits, luncheons, and special eventsConduct donor research and support individualized stewardship projectsAssist with annual stewardship and special initiatives involving planned giving, corporate, and foundation relationsCollaboration and General SupportWork collaboratively and professionally with university development staffSupport other related functions and duties as assigned
