Job Description
We are seeking a CLM Business Analyst to bridge business and technology teams during a major systems transformation. This role will translate business needs into system requirements while supporting existing contracting platforms and the implementation of future-state solutions. Responsibilities include:
- Translate business requirements into user stories, workflows, and Gherkin-based acceptance criteria
- Manage requirements, stories, documentation, and defects using Jira and Confluence
- Support CLM processes across engagements, third-party agreements, contracts, and payments
- Partner with business and engineering teams on system enhancements and implementations
- Support UAT, regression testing, defect resolution, and release validation
- Troubleshoot system issues for internal users and external Healthcare Professionals (HCPs)
- Help transition legacy systems to new platforms while identifying opportunities for automation and AI
Skills and Requirements
3+ years of enterprise experience as a Business Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, or Product Analyst Hands-on experience with the Atlassian suite (Jira, Confluence) Demonstrated experience turning business requirements into technical user stories for 3rd party system configurations Experience with UAT, regression testing, and system implementations/migrations Strong systems aptitude, problem-solving skills, and ability to work through ambiguity Ability to influence and build strong relationships with enterprise level stakeholders CLM/contract lifecycle management experience highly preferred Sirion CLM, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Cvent, Databricks, or similar enterprise platforms Tech forward, demonstrated interest or experience using AI tools
