Develop, maintain, and execute integrated project plans covering scope, milestones, schedule, resources, dependencies, budget, quality, testing, deployment, and business readiness.
-
Translate project objectives and business requirements into clear workstreams, deliverables, milestones, ownership, and measurable outcomes.

Partner with business stakeholders to understand operational priorities, pain points, process impacts, and transformation goals.
-
Translate desired business outcomes into actionable plans covering process change, organizational readiness, adoption, deployment, and benefits realization.
-
Ensure business readiness activities are integrated into the overall project plan rather than managed separately from technology delivery.
-
Identify barriers to adoption and work with business stakeholders to develop appropriate mitigation and change strategies.
-
Track whether delivered capabilities are positioned to achieve the intended business value and transformation outcomes.
-
Cross-Functional Leadership & Stakeholder Management
-
Coordinate business, IT, vendors, technical teams, and geographically distributed stakeholders.
-

Assess project health across schedule, budget, scope, resources, quality, testing, adoption, and business readiness.
-
Identify early indicators of delivery risk and escalate appropriately.
-
Lead recovery planning when schedule, budget, scope, quality, adoption, or readiness is at risk.
-
Develop realistic corrective action and recovery plans with clear owners, timelines, and measurable outcomes.
-
Present options, impacts, trade-offs, and recommendations to senior stakeholders to facilitate timely decisions.
-
Vendor, Contract & Financial Management
-
Manage third-party vendors and technology partners throughout the project lifecycle.
-
Track vendor deliverables, milestones, dependencies, performance, and contractual commitments.
-
Manage and monitor SOWs, contracts, resource commitments, and vendor obligations.
-
Own project financial management, including budgets, forecasts, actuals, accruals, variances, and financial reporting.
-
Identify budget or forecast risks early and implement corrective actions.
-
Ensure vendor delivery remains aligned with business requirements, project milestones, quality expectations, and financial commitments.
-

-
Establish and maintain strong project governance in accordance with organizational PMO and delivery standards.
-
Maintain RAID logs, decision logs, action trackers, integrated schedules, status reports, financial trackers, and governance documentation.
-
Ensure project documentation is complete, current, traceable, and audit-ready.
-
Maintain required compliance evidence, approvals, stage gates, and project controls.
-
Support internal and external audits where required.
-
Ensure projects operating within regulated or controlled environments follow applicable governance, quality, security, and compliance requirements.
-

-
Develop executive-level status reports, dashboards, steering committee materials, and recommendations.

Required Qualifications & Experience

10 years of overall IT experience, with significant experience managing complex technology projects.

7 years of demonstrated ownership of large, complex, cross-functional IT initiatives from initiation through deployment and closure.
-
