Manufacturing Engineer

Description

We are seeking a Zone Engineer to support General Assembly operations at a major automotive manufacturing facility. This role is responsible for managing equipment, tooling, automation, and manufacturing projects within a designated production zone. Each Zone Engineer serves as the primary technical and program management owner for approximately 30 workstations within their assigned area.

The ideal candidate will bring a blend of manufacturing engineering expertise, equipment/tooling implementation experience, and strong project management skills. Candidates should be comfortable working cross-functionally with production personnel, suppliers, skilled trades, engineering teams, and leadership to successfully launch and sustain manufacturing processes.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $37.00 - $42.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
