Responsibilities for Project Manager include but are not limited to:

• Lead end-to-end projects from planning through delivery.

• Coordinate cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure project success.

• Develop and manage project schedules, timelines, and workflows.

• Maintain project tracking and status reporting in Workfront or similar tools.

• Apply Agile (Kanban/Scrum) and Waterfall methodologies as appropriate.

• Manage multi-channel production projects across digital, eCommerce, print, video, and packaging.

• Oversee project scope, resources, timelines, and deliverables.

• Gather and validate specifications to ensure production accuracy.

• Coordinate print, digital, packaging, and website content updates.

• Monitor project performance and identify process improvement opportunities.

Candidates for Project Manager must meet the following requirements to be considered:

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.

• 3+ years of professional experience, including at least 1 year of project management experience within a creative agency, marketing agency, in-house creative team, or similar client-service environment.

• Experience leading cross-functional projects from planning through execution and delivery.

• Proficiency with project management platforms such as Workfront, Jira, Monday.com, or similar tools.

• Strong understanding of Agile (Kanban/Scrum) and Waterfall project management methodologies.

• Experience managing integrated marketing and production projects across multiple media channels.

• Knowledge of digital, eCommerce, print, broadcast, promotional, video, and packaging production workflows.

• Ability to develop project schedules, manage timelines, track deliverables, and coordinate resources effectively.

• Experience facilitating stakeholder meetings, reporting project status, and communicating with internal and external partners.

• Strong project planning, organizational, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.

• Experience supporting print production and packaging design projects preferred.

• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and accuracy.

• Proficiency in project performance tracking, process improvement, and workflow optimization.

Pay Details: $39.35 per hour
