Full job description

About Landing: Landing is a nationwide hospitality platform where fully furnished apartments meet hotel quality and consistency. Guests book from thousands of apartments in hundreds of cities, for a week or a year, all backed by 24/7 local support. That mix of markets and stay lengths is what makes pricing here so interesting. Who We Work With: Our partners are apartment owners and property operators who trust us to fill their units and grow their revenue. Our local General Managers run each market day to day. You'll work closely with both, and they'll look to you to explain why rates are where they are and what's changing. About the Role: As a Regional Revenue Manager, you'll set the rates for a region of Landing's portfolio and own the results. You'll have a set of markets and units, and you'll decide where rates go, how length of stay is managed, which channels to lean on, and when to run promotions. Your RevPAR is your scorecard. The people who do well here spot problems in their region early and move quickly to fix them. Why This Role:

  • You own a whole region. In a lot of revenue management careers, it takes years to get pricing authority over more than one property. Here you have it from your first month.
  • Your decisions go live. You set the rates, you see the results, and you learn fast because of it.
  • Your work gets seen. RevPAR results are shared across the company, so strong performance doesn't go unnoticed.
  • Your paycheck goes further. Birmingham's cost of living is well below cities like Atlanta, Chicago, and DC, and we help you make the move with up to $5,000 in relocation reimbursement.

What You'll Own:

  • Regional RevPAR: Rate and occupancy for your markets against plan.
  • Pricing: Rate decisions for your markets based on comp sets, seasonality, and local events.
  • Length of stay: The right mix of short and long stays in each market, including minimum stay rules, extension pricing, and monthly rates.
  • Channels: Direct vs. OTA positioning, rate parity, and promo participation for your region.
  • Underperforming units: Find apartments that are falling behind, figure out why (price, photos, location, or asset quality), and work with the local GM and supply team to fix them.
  • Forecast and pace: Each week, call where your region is heading, decide what needs to change, and make the change.
  • Partner questions: Explain pricing decisions to GMs and property partners in plain language.

What We're Looking For: You'll be the one setting rates. If most of your experience is building dashboards or reports for others, this probably isn't the right fit.

  • One to two years of hands on revenue management or pricing experience where you set the rates yourself. That could be a hotel brand, property, or cluster revenue team, airline pricing, car rental, cruise lines, a short term rental operator, multifamily revenue management, or a revenue management software company.
  • You work with pace, pickup, comp sets, displacement, length of stay restrictions, and rate parity, or the equivalent in your industry.
  • Agency. This is the trait we screen for hardest. You can take an unclear problem with incomplete data, reach a decision quickly, and act on it.
  • Comfort being measured. Your RevPAR is visible across the company, and you like it that way.
  • AI fluency. You use tools like Claude every day, or you're eager to start.
  • Strong spreadsheet skills. You use your numbers to make pricing calls, and you can tell when one looks wrong.
  • Ready to relocate to Birmingham and work from our HQ every day alongside the pricing team.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • $80,000 base salary
  • About $110,000 total OTE at target
  • Up to $5,000 in relocation reimbursement to Birmingham
  • Comprehensive benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life and AD&D, Disability, Mental Health, Pet, Commuter, and FSA or HSA
  • 401(k) plan and access to ImmediatePay
  • Generous PTO
  • $750 annually in Landing Stays
  • Room to grow. This team is being built and we promote from within.
