Full job description
Financial Analyst-Statutory Accounting Description - The CASR COE is responsible for leading and delivering the close activities and audits for 90 entities around the world . The team is responsible to lead USGAAP Close, Local Close and statutory audit closures with the external audit partners. The role of Statutory Accountant contributes to the development of innovative principles and ideas for long term roadmap of the COE.
Responsibilities:

End-to-end ownership of close activities & statutory audits for all the legal entities assigned with diverse natures by working closely with external auditors.

Preparation of Financial Statements as per accounting standards (IFRS / Local GAAP)

Collaboration with Controllers and other stakeholders to ensure complete analysis of the Financial statements.

Standardization and automation of close processes and all the audit schedules and audit processes for the scope of entities

Knowledge of accounting processes, and accounting principles

Proficient in understanding of Statutory Reporting process, GAAP Bridging & Financial statement preparation.

Trial Balance analysis & support Close activities during month end, quarter end and year end close of USGAAP & Local GAAP books.
Education and Experience Required:
-
First-level university degree focused on business or economics and advanced degree or accounting certification (e.g., ACCA, CPA) preferred.

4+ years of experience as a financial analyst, or controller.
-
Typically experienced in more than one finance function.

A previous experience in one of the BIG 4 will be a plus.

- Polish Entity We offer: The base pay range for this role is 108050 PLN to 163800 PLN gross annually with additional cash compensation opportunities in the form of annual cash incentive bonuses. In addition, this role may be eligible for equity awards (typically granted in the form of restricted stock units) that are independently granted by the Company's U.S. parent corporation, HP Inc., on a discretionary basis under its equity plan. Pay varies by job-related skills, effort, responsibility, working conditions, experience and work location.
