Market Category Financial Analyst Description - Job Summary Be a trusted financial advisor to Americas HP Services, shaping strategic decisions that drive profitable growth and protect gross margin. Partner with business leaders, influence high-impact deals, and transform financial insights into actions that strengthen business performance and customer value. Responsibilities

  • Drive financial governance and margin protection across Americas HP Services portfolios and customer engagements.
  • Influence pricing, contract structures, and business strategies to enable sustainable and profitable growth.
  • Partner with Sales, Delivery, Category, and Operations teams to identify risks, unlock opportunities, and improve financial outcomes.
  • Lead complex financial assessments, business cases, and investment decisions for strategic initiatives and large customer contracts.
  • Champion process simplification, automation, and best practices that enhance financial controls and operational efficiency.
  • Provide thought leadership on revenue, profitability, and cost optimization strategies.
  • Represent Finance in cross-functional and regional planning activities, serving as a key voice in business decision-making.
  • Coach and develop finance talent while fostering strong relationships across the organization.

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Typically 7-10 years of experience in Commercial Finance, Business Finance, FP&A, Pricing, Audit, or related disciplines.
