Job Purpose Provide maintenance support to ensure safety of employees, equipment reliability, equipment uptime, and continous improvements. Essential Duties, Responsibilities, and Job Requirements Duties and Responsibilities - Ensure the safety of employees and equipment - Completion of scheduled preventive maintenance - Perform repairs on production and facility equipment - Completion of projects and tasks supporting continous plant improvements - Monitor equipment - Analyze problems and proficiently solve them related to the plants needs - No supervisory responsibilities for this role. Job Requirements - Employees are responsibile for wearing the required Personal Protective Equipment in the proper manner at all times. - Must be able and willing to work varying schedules which may include nights, weekends, and public holidays. - Must be able to frequently bend, twist, reach, stoop, climb, kneel, or crouch. - Must be able to lift 25 pounds on occasions. - Must be able to stand for long periods of times. - This position requires working in a plant/warehouse enviroment. Therefore, expect varying working conditions. Qualifications Minimum Qualifications - High School Diploma or GED. - Ability to do basic math. - Ability to read, write, and understand the local language.
