Bindery Assistant

Our client is seeking a Bindery Assistant to join their team. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to quality which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Bindery Assistant

Location: Grand Rapids, MI

Pay Range: $16+

Shift: 1st 7:00am-3:00pm

What's the Job?

• Assist with day-to-day bindery operations to support accurate, timely production.

• Prepare materials and set up workstations to ensure jobs are completed to specification.

• Support quality checks by reviewing finished work for consistency and defects.

• Handle and organize printed materials safely to maintain workflow and reduce errors.

• Follow established procedures and safety guidelines while working in a production environment.

What's Needed?

• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions with a focus on accuracy.

• Comfort working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards.

• Strong attention to detail and willingness to double-check work.

• Basic familiarity with production or manufacturing workflows is preferred.

• Reliable attendance and a team-oriented mindset.
