-
Partner cross-functionally with Media, Creative, Digital, Analytics, Store Experience, Pharmacy Operations, Legal, Compliance, and agency partners to translate marketing priorities into actionable plans, coordinate timelines, surface risks, and support successful launches across channels.
-
Develop and execute patient-facing marketing campaigns and messaging, including creative briefs, channel activation, in-store and digital experiences, and field readiness efforts that build trust, improve access to care, and communicate prescription affordability solutions.
-
Support and optimize paid search and emerging search strategies, collaborating with media partners on keyword strategies, bidding approaches, ad copy, performance measurement, and ongoing optimization.
-
Track program performance and budgets, including spend tracking, reconciliation, KPI reporting, compliance review, and optimization recommendations to improve marketing effectiveness and investment efficiency.
Required Qualifications
-
3-5 years of marketing experience executing integrated marketing, paid media, paid search, or digital marketing programs, preferably within healthcare, retail, consumer marketing, or another highly regulated industry.
-
Strong attention to detail, with the ability to ensure accuracy and consistency across marketing materials, program deliverables, and reporting.
-
Experience supporting or managing marketing and media campaigns and working with media agencies or internal media teams to execute and measure performance-driven marketing programs.
-
Strong analytical and business skills, with the ability to use data, marketing analytics, and reporting to identify insights and inform optimization.
-
Experience tracking marketing budgets and program performance and supporting forecasting and investment planning.
-
Demonstrated ownership and accountability, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams, navigate ambiguity and changing priorities, and proactively move work forward in a cross-functional environment.
Preferred Qualifications
-
5+ years of marketing experience with a foundation in healthcare, retail, or consumer marketing.
-
Strong execution and project management skills, with experience managing complex timelines, deliverables, dependencies, and competing priorities to keep programs on track.
