Ensures that beverage service is efficient and to the highest standard. Follows all operating procedures, including safety and health procedures, in accordance with company standards. - Assists the Beverage Manager in selecting, training, supervising, evaluating, and scheduling beverage associates - Places beverage orders in Stratton-Warren - Performs daily labor and payroll edits in KRONOS - Executes month-end inventory by physically counting all beverage products - Administers progressive discipline and attendance points according to company policy - Adheres to the provisions of the collective bargaining agreement - Assists in maintaining standards of health, safety and sanitation\ \ Perform any other duties as assigned by management. Provide outstanding guest service to all internal and external guests.
