Job Title: OneStream Implementation Consultant (Techno-Functional) Location: Houston, TX – 4 Days Onsite Duration: Long-Term Project Role Summary We are seeking an experienced OneStream Implementation Consultant with strong expertise in FP&A, Planning, Budgeting, Forecasting, and Financial Consolidation. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in end-to-end OneStream implementation, including solution architecture, design, development, integration, deployment, and post-production support. Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end OneStream implementation, from requirement gathering and solution architecture to go-live and production support.
- Design and configure financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, consolidation, and reporting solutions.
- Develop OneStream workflows, Cube Views, dashboards, XF Business Rules (VB.NET), and Data Management processes.
- Design and manage integrations with SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, SQL, REST APIs, and other enterprise data sources.
- Configure data transformation, validation, security, and reporting processes.
- Collaborate with Finance, FP&A, IT, and business stakeholders.
- Lead SIT, UAT, deployment, troubleshooting, and post-production stabilization.
Required Skills
- OneStream: Solution Architecture, Implementation, Workflow Configuration, Cube Views, Dashboards, Business Rules, Data Management.
- Functional: FP&A, Financial Consolidation, Planning, Budgeting, Forecasting, and Financial Reporting.
- Technical: VB.NET, SQL, REST APIs, OData, Data Integration, SAP, and Cloud Platforms.
- Delivery: End-to-end implementation, solution design, testing, deployment, and production support.
Experience & Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in EPM/CPM solutions.
- Minimum 2+ years of hands-on OneStream implementation experience.
- Proven experience designing OneStream architecture and delivering full lifecycle implementations.
- SAP S/4HANA integration experience preferred.
- OneStream certification and experience in large enterprise environments are advantageous.
