  • Oversee CPM (Critical Path Method) and LSM (Linear Scheduling Method) schedule development, including cost- and resource-loaded schedules.

  • Lead schedule reviews, baseline development, progress updates, forecasting, and schedule-related change management activities.

  • Perform schedule risk analysis, critical path reviews, and time impact analysis (TIA) to assess and communicate potential delays.

  • Oversee Earned Value Management (EVM), key performance indicators (KPIs), and integrated cost/schedule performance reporting.

  • Establish and enforce scheduling standards to improve planning discipline and consistency across projects and teams.

  • Build and maintain resource- and cost-loaded schedules aligned with baselines and execution strategies for utility T&D and substation EPC projects.

  • Perform critical path analysis, what-if scenarios, and productivity tracking to evaluate schedule performance and options.

  • Identify schedule risks, evaluate sequencing, and recommend mitigation strategies to maintain or recover schedule performance.

  • Produce earned value metrics, KPIs, and cash flow reports for project controls teams and executives.

  • Experience partnering with clients, subcontractors, and cross-functional project teams in a client-facing capacity.

  • Strong understanding of EPC execution across engineering, procurement, and construction phases.

  • Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM), cost/schedule integration, and performance reporting.
