Your role at Dynatrace

TOLA is a region full of opportunity, and we’re looking for a Regional Director to lead the team that owns it. You’ll guide seven Enterprise Account Executives selling the Dynatrace platform to some of the largest organizations across Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, and Arkansas, helping them turn complexity into clear answers and measurable business outcomes. If you love building winning teams and want a product you can stand behind in every customer conversation, this is your seat.

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of 7 Enterprise Account Executives covering the TOLA region (Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, and Arkansas).

  • Deliver ongoing feedback, coaching, and best practices to build a high-performing, quota-attaining team.

  • Build and sustain a healthy pipeline that meets forecasted revenue targets across new logo acquisition and expansion within existing accounts.

  • Drive a consistent pipeline and forecast cadence using Clari and Salesforce, with accurate and timely forecasting.

  • Set the strategy and own the Go-to-Market (GTM) plans for the TOLA territory.

  • Coach AEs through complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles, including C-suite engagement.

  • Partner with cross-functional leaders in Marketing, Solutions Engineering/Pre-Sales, Partner Sales, Customer Success, and fellow Regional Directors to win as an Integrated Account Team.

  • Monitor and share feedback on competitor activity, market trends, and customer needs across the region.

  • Position might be filled at a higher or lower level based on candidate experience.

What will help you succeed

Minimum Requirements:

  • HS diploma or GED.

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in closing large enterprise software sales.

Preferred Requirements:

  • You have several years of enterprise technology sales management experience, ideally leading Account Executives across a multi-state, territory-based enterprise model.

  • You feel comfortable in building and mentoring a team of successful sales hunters.

  • You have experience with the sales cycle; prospecting, qualification, verbal presentation, and closing using a repeatable process.

  • You have proven experience in generating sales revenue through new logo wins.

  • You are methodical, action-oriented, results-oriented.

  • You possess MEDDIC experience.

  • You bring extensive consultative selling methodologies in managing sales cycles (eg. Challenger Sales, MEDDIC).

  • You show a history of closing business opportunities consistently meeting and/or exceeding quota.

  • You are confident in attaining revenue and performance goals.
