  • Proactively explore data to identify patterns, trends, risks, and opportunities that can improve client outcomes, business growth, and operational efficiency.

  • Translate complex data into clear, compelling visualizations and presentations for diverse audiences, including executives, internal stakeholders, and external partners.

  • Identify opportunities to automate recurring reporting, improve data quality, and scale reporting processes through SQL, AI, and modern analytics tools.

Qualifications

  • Experience using generative AI and agent-based tools to improve productivity, automate repeatable workflows, accelerate analysis, and strengthen reporting quality.

  • 3+ years of experience in SQL, reporting, data analysis, visualization, or a related analytics role.

  • Advanced SQL skills, including experience building, updating, optimizing, and maintaining complex queries for business reporting.

  • Experience with business intelligence and analytics tools, such as Looker, Tableau, Power BI, Redash, or similar platforms.

  • Professional experience supporting client reporting, customer success analytics, go-to-market analytics, value analytics, or business operations analytics.

  • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or business field, or equivalent work experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with medical claims data, clinical outcomes data, healthcare data, or digital health data.

  • Experience with Python, R, MATLAB, or other data and statistical analysis tools.

  • Experience working with data pipelines or data engineering tools, such as Apache Airflow or Databricks.
