Job Description
We are currently seeking a qualified individual for a fulltime, direct hire oppornity to support organization and distributor partners throughout the Caribbean and Latin America with their service operations. This person will act as a consultant to work directly with distributors to address service-related inquiries and operational issues, monitor service performance metrics, and prepare reporting used to identify opportunities for improvement. The Field Service Engineer will also coordinate service meetings, training activities, and regional events while helping distributors implement service programs, safety campaigns, and other operational initiatives. This person will collaborate closely with internal teams and distributor partners to maintain service standards and support customer satisfaction, with travel of up to 50% throughout the region. This role has a salary expectation of 75k annually.
Skills and Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or technical discipline OR 3–6 years of experience within the automotive industry
- Experience supporting service operations and resolving service-related or operational issues
- Ability to coordinate service meetings, training activities, and regional events
- Ability to travel up to 50% throughout the Caribbean and Latin America (up to 2 weeks out of the month every month)
- Spanish and/or French language skills
- Experience working with automotive distributors or similar external partners
- Experience monitoring service performance metrics and assisting with reporting
- Experience supporting service programs, safety campaigns, and operational initiatives
