  • Participate in incident response, on-call rotations, and post-incident reviews to continuously improve system resilience.
  • Automate operational tasks and workflows using Python, Bash, Go, or similar scripting languages.

What We're Looking For

  • 6+ years of experience in DevOps or SRE roles, with a demonstrated track record in infrastructure automation and reliability engineering.
  • Proficiency with Kubernetes infrastructure provisioning using Terraform and Terragrunt, and application deployment via Helm and Argo CD, with a solid understanding of GitOps principles and declarative workflows.
  • Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins for automated, secure, and efficient software delivery.
  • Familiarity with enterprise secrets management platforms such as HashiCorp Vault, including dynamic secrets rotation and Kubernetes-native integrations.
  • Experience designing and operating cloud (AWS, OCI) and on-premises infrastructure with a focus on security, scalability, and high availability.
  • Strong Linux system administration skills with proficiency in scripting and automation using Python, Bash, Go, or similar languages.
  • Experience establishing monitoring, logging, and alerting systems, with comfort participating in on-call rotations and incident management processes.
