This leader will drive consistent program execution, strengthen governance and oversight, and collaborate across businesses and Enterprise Solutions to support effective third party risk management. The Associate Director will translate priorities into actionable plans, leverage data and digital tools to improve performance, advise senior stakeholders, and lead a high-performing team.

Recruiting for this role ends on 11/10/2026.

Work you'll do

As a Firm Enterprise Solutions Associate Director, Risk and Compliance Services on the Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) Program team, you will be responsible for:

  • Translate TPRM priorities into roadmaps, workplans, milestones, and measurable outcomes; lead initiatives from initiation through delivery.

  • Oversee third-party due diligence, risk assessment, monitoring, issue management, and remediation tracking in alignment with established policies and procedures.

  • Strengthen governance and oversight through operating rhythms, decision forums, reporting, and escalation processes.

  • Analyze and validate program data; develop dashboards, metrics, and executive-ready reporting that support risk decisions and performance improvements.

  • Identify risks, issues, dependencies, process gaps, and technology opportunities; implement workflow automation, standardized templates, reporting enhancements, and other digital solutions.

  • Partner with business, risk, compliance, technology, procurement, and legal stakeholders to clarify accountability, elevate decisions, and lead, coach, and develop team members.

A successful candidate would possess these skills:

  • Ability to work independently and collaborate as part of a team

  • Effective written and verbal communication skills

  • Meticulous attention to detail and quality of work product

  • Ability to build and sustain professional relationships

  • Ability to lead projects or workstreams

  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

  • Strong interpersonal skills and professional demeanor

  • Ability to meet deadlines

  • Ability to mentor and provide clear guidance to others

The team

The TPRM Team oversees the Deloitte U.S. Firms' internal third-party risk management program, operating within Risk & Brand Protection (R&BP). The team designs the processes and technologies (including the TPRM Gateway) to evaluate and monitor risk exposure, providing firm leadership with transparency into the third-party ecosystem, risk exposure (e.g., conflicts, independence, trade, cybersecurity), and risk decisions.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business, management information systems (MIS), or a related field.

  • 10+ years of experience with a professional-services organization providing regulatory and compliance, audit, consulting, financial advisory, enterprise risk management, or technology development services.

  • Experience performing third-party due diligence, ethics and compliance program work, risk and controls activities, process management, or change management.

  • Experience leading cross-functional projects from initiation through delivery and managing teams, including stakeholder coordination, milestone management, and preparation of written materials and presentations for senior stakeholders.

  • You must reside within a commutable distance of your assigned office with the ability to commute daily, if required, without the need for overnight accommodations.

  • Ability to travel 0-10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.

Preferred:

  • Experience managing remote teams.

  • Experience with Aravo or another third-party risk management platform.

  • Experience with Power BI, Power Automate, or Power Query.

  • Experience using or deploying artificial intelligence (AI) tools in business or risk work with documented output-validation and information-protection practices.
