Full job description
Analyze supermarket operations, sales, inventory, and purchasing to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements. Develop and maintain financial and operational reports, KPI dashboards, forecasts, and pricing/margin analyses to support inventory planning and revenue optimization. Evaluate vendor performance and procurement workflows, recommend cost saving measures, and implement inventory and merchandising optimizations with store management. Monitor compliance and performance, troubleshoot process gaps, and deliver data driven recommendations to improve overall store profitability.
