Schedule: Full time Shift: Day (United States of America) Address: 480 W Central Pkwy City: Altamonte Springs State: Florida Postal Code: 32714 Job Description:

Schedule: Full Time Shift: Day Shift 6:45 am-7:15 pm with every other weekend. Location: Altamonte Springs location but must be open to covering the Kissimmee and Orlando locations when census requires

• Maintains accurate and thorough documentation per Medicare guidelines.
• Collaborates with healthcare team members to ensure high-quality patient care.
• Ensures compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations.
• Participates in ongoing professional development and training.
• Assesses and reassesses patient needs regularly to provide appropriate care.
• Educates patients and families on plan of care and any changes to it.
• Delivers critical nursing care to patients with complex health issues.
• Manages end-of-life care issues with sensitivity and professionalism.
• Administers and manages medications accurately and safely.
• Other duties as assigned

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Work Experience:

• 1+ years experience [Required]
• 1+ years acute or hospice care experience [Preferred]

Licenses and Certifications:

• Registered Nurse (RN) [Required]
• Basic Life Support - CPR Cert (BLS) [Required]
• Driver's License (DL) [Required]
• Auto Insurance (AL) [Required]
• Certified Hospice and Palliative Nurse (CHPN) [Preferred]

Pay Range:

$31.85 - $52.76 Background Screening Requirement (Florida Law)
