Full job description
Lead weekly tours of Anna Hiss Gym and be well versed in our research lab spaces and academic programmingEvent PhotographyPrinting and maintaining marketing materialsManaging digital event signage, and creating updates for monitors within AHGCreating marketing materials through Canva and/or InDesignPosting on Social Media, including but not limited to Instagram and TwitterAssisting with general events and Texas Robotics needs such as setting up and tearing down, moving tables/chairs, moving boxes or other event collateral, accepting catering deliveries, setting out catering, and cleaning up after the event.Your duties are likely to evolve as you gain experience within the building and the program. This is a long-term opportunity that will lead into future semesters (depending on performance). Please note that your weekly hours might vary over the semester depending on workload and event schedules.
