You will be the PMT Analyst for the PMT Business Partner Team. Our team is responsible for supporting finance, purchasing, human resources, and project data analysis across the organization.

What You Will Be Doing

As the PMT Analyst you will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and presenting data to drive informed decision‑making.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Gather, collect, record, track, and verify data from multiple sources.

  • Compile, review, and analyze data to generate reports, statistics, tables, graphs, and presentations.

  • Design and improve processes to enhance workflow efficiency.

  • Provide data and information to functional units and support PMT Business Partners.

  • Communicate findings and recommendations across functions.

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must be able to obtain a Secret clearance.

Basic Qualifications

  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint

  • Ability to learn new software systems and navigate data tracking and reporting software

  • Ability to communicate effectively across multiple functions and levels of employees/management

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to analyze data

  • Excellent time management, planning and organization skills

  • Ability to work closely with PMT Business Partners to support site and enterprise-level PMT initiatives

  • Ability to work in teams

Desired Skills

  • Strong interpersonal and team-building skills; ability to work well with others.

  • Ability to motivate teams and ensure the focus is aligned with PMT Mission, Production Operations Mission, and key business objectives.

  • Ability to understand and explain how various manufacturing metrics are measured.

  • Experience with application of continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $45200.00 - $84000.00

  • Annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs may be offered depending on the position. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and can vary from year to year and are tied to a range of performance metrics.

  • For (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
