Overnight Livestock Pen Cleanup Crew, Seasonal

Master Commercial Clean is hiring 30 temporary crew members for overnight livestock pen cleanup at the San Angelo Stock Show and Rodeo fairgrounds in San Angelo, Texas. We are recruiting now so the crew can be ready before the 2027 event season. Schedule and pay: Selected event nights in January and February 2027, with possible additional assignments in April. Shifts begin at 9:00 p.m. and end when the assigned cleanup is finished. A typical shift is about six hours. Some shifts will be shorter, and busy nights can last up to 12 hours. The number of workers needed changes by date, so hours and the number of shifts are not guaranteed. Starting pay is $13 per hour. Duties: Move with the crew from pen to pen as areas become available. Remove animal waste, bedding, debris, and other materials. Clean and reset livestock areas as directed. Follow supervisor instructions, use assigned tools safely, and maintain a steady pace. Work safely around livestock, equipment, and other crew members. Qualifications: Able to perform sustained physical work, including standing, walking, bending, lifting, and carrying items weighing up to 75 pounds as the task requires, with or without reasonable accommodation. Comfortable working around livestock and in an active barn environment. Available for overnight shifts that may run past 3:00 a.m. Dependable transportation, punctuality, and reliable attendance are essential. Prior barn, farm, warehouse, janitorial, or event cleanup experience is helpful, but applicants who can meet the work requirements are welcome. Applicants should be prepared to provide their availability for the event nights and discuss their experience with physical work and working near animals. Exact assignments will be confirmed before each event.
