Job Description

Shape the future of finance by expanding and scaling Kinexys products globally. You will grow our presence in key markets by developing and executing market-entry and adoption strategies, localizing go-to-market materials, and partnering with Product and control functions to ensure launches meet regulatory, controls, and governance expectations.

As the Head of Go-To-Market, you are the subject matter expert on bringing products from ideation through market entry and scaled adoption. With 8+ years of product/technology/program leadership, you will identify expansion opportunities, influence cross-functional stakeholders, and drive outcomes across markets.

Job Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end go-to-market strategy for a portfolio of products, including positioning, segmentation, target personas, value proposition, messaging, launch planning, and adoption goals

  • Drive market expansion and growth strategy by identifying and prioritizing new markets/segments, assessing feasibility and competitive dynamics, and delivering against business targets

  • Build market-entry business cases and investment asks, incorporating commercial upside, cost-to-serve, delivery timelines, and risk considerations; influence prioritization and roadmap decisions with senior stakeholders

  • Establish quarterly GTM roadmaps and operating cadence aligned to revenue/adoption targets, market expansion priorities, and product release calendars

  • Stand up repeatable launch playbooks for new markets, including local operating model, coverage model, onboarding, support model, and escalation paths

  • Define and track success metrics across the funnel (e.g., pipeline, conversion, activation, retention) and drive continuous improvement based on performance

  • Lead pricing and commercial strategy across key markets, including packaging/pricing frameworks, discount guardrails, and commercial models (e.g., ROI/unit economics/sensitivity analyses) to support consistent decision-making and execution

  • Maintain relationships with market regulators and supervisors (as appropriate), staying close to regulatory dialogue and translating market insights into actionable requirements and stakeholder updates

  • Partner with Compliance/Legal/Risk/Controls and Product to translate local regulatory requirements into launch gates, control objectives, operational procedures, and readiness criteria

  • Drive governance approvals and audit readiness, coordinating required reviews (e.g., product readiness, risk acceptances, exceptions where applicable) and maintaining an evidence trail suitable for control and governance expectations

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • 8+ years of experience (or equivalent expertise) in product management, technology/program leadership, commercialization, or go-to-market leadership

  • Proven launch leadership across multiple product launches, including international launches and/or complex B2B implementations

  • Advanced knowledge of risk management, controls, and governance, with demonstrated ability to operate effectively across regional/local nuances and regulatory requirements

  • Demonstrated market-growth capability, including identifying expansion opportunities, building business cases, and influencing executive decisions across competing priorities

  • Strong cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management, with a track record of influencing outcomes without direct authority and delivering value at scale

  • Exceptional execution and organizational skills, including managing multiple priorities and delivering high-quality work under tight deadlines

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including ability to synthesize complex topics for senior audiences

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills (commercial modeling, KPI tracking, and executive storytelling)

  • Bachelors degree
