-
Oversee employee relations, performance management, training initiatives, and HR administration with a balanced approach that supports both business goals and employee experience.

Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations across California, Texas, and other operating states, while reducing organizational risk.
-
Manage compensation and benefits programs, helping create consistent and competitive offerings across a growing workforce.
-
Lead and develop HR team members while providing support across multiple offices and states.
-
Collaborate with executive stakeholders to align workforce planning and people strategy with broader growth objectives. Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline is preferred.
-
At least 7 years of progressive HR experience, including 2 or more years leading an HR function.
-
Demonstrated success leading HR activities tied to mergers and acquisitions, especially due diligence, integration planning, benefits coordination, and employee retention.
-
Experience helping organizations grow from roughly 75–100 employees to more than 300 employees; background in private equity-backed environments is strongly preferred.
-
Strong working knowledge of California, Texas, and broader multi-state employment law and HR compliance requirements.
-
Proven experience recruiting technical and sales talent, ideally in managed services, IT services, cybersecurity, technology, telecom, SaaS, or similar industries.
